In honor of Chocolate-Covered February, we’ve put together a sample of events and activities that you and your family can enjoy! Please note that event availability can vary based on your dates of stay, so check out our calendar of events to see all the chocolate-covered fun happening during your stay!

Day 1

Morning
Start off your trip to Hershey with a visit to Hershey’s Chocolate World attraction. The entire family will enjoy complimentary chocolate-making Tour Ride with a free Hershey’s sample at the end. You can even Create Your Own Candy Bar with customized ingredients and your own label design.

Pick one of over 14 Hershey restaurants and enjoy look for one of our Chocolate-Covered February specials. The kids can enjoy the special menus just for them throughout Hershey.

Afternoon
ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park, originally built by Milton S. Hershey, is an 11-acre walk-through zoo with more than 200 animals representing the five regions of North America. While there, you might even see the animal artists create chocolate-covered paintings!

Stay in downtown Hershey and take the family to The Hershey Story Museum. Here you’ll take an inspirational journey through Milton S. Hershey’s lifetime and beyond, and the kids may also have an opportunity to be a part of The Heart of Chocolate class where you can see, smell, and touch the ingredients that are the heart of chocolate! While at The Hershey Story, stop by Café Zooka and sample warm drinking chocolates from around the world!

Catch the Hersheypark Chocolate Parade at Hershey’s Chocolate World! It’s your chance to dance and interact with our famous Hershey’s Product Characters. So much fun, it’s guaranteed to bring out the kid in everyone!

Evening
For dinner, choose from our restaurants offering fun-filled family fare. Our restaurants celebrate Chocolate-Covered February with special menu items, desserts, and decadent chocolate drinks! Looking for some alone time at dinner? Your kids will love attending The Kids’ Night Out Chocolate-Covered Cupcake Party at The Hotel Hershey while you enjoy dinner.

Sports fans can head to Giant Center for a family night out at an exciting Hershey Bears AHL hockey game, and meet the Hershey's Product Characters at select games! Plus, during this month-long celebration of chocolate, at Bears home games, all fans will receive candy upon exit courtesy of The Hershey Company.

To make the most of your Chocolate-Covered February getaway, stay over on our Chocolate-Covered Family Fun package that combines your accommodations with a variety of activities and family adventures. Morning

Afternoon

You’ll encounter sweet cupcakes, admission to Hershey area attractions, and chocolate-themed adventures during your tour of Chocolate Town. The kid’s might also enjoy the Chocolate-Covered Children’s Tea or ‘Mudslide Cookie Demonstration’ at Hershey Lodge!
